Brother Grimm Stories
The Brothers Grimm, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, were German scholars who are most famous for their compilation of folktales and fairy tales. Their collection, “Grimm’s Fairy Tales,” was first published in 1812 and has been revised multiple times, eventually containing more than 200 stories. These tales were not originally intended for children but were rather a scholarly attempt to preserve traditional Germanic folklore.
